We are a West Side company based on Leona Drive, and over more than ten years we have worked in homes right across the city — from Price Hill and Westwood to Hyde Park, Oakley, Over-the-Rhine and north into College Hill.
West Side & Western Hills
This is home. Our shop sits in Covedale, and a good share of our work is within a few miles of it. The housing stock here matters: many Covedale, Price Hill and Westwood homes are pre-war, with plaster walls, original woodwork and painted trim that has been recoated many times. Those need a different approach from newer construction — the wrong filler on plaster cracks again within a season, and paint over old oil-based trim will not hold unless it is prepared correctly.

Central & Uptown
Downtown, Over-the-Rhine and the Uptown neighbourhoods bring their own conditions: historic buildings with restrictions on what can be changed, rented units needing fast turnaround between tenants, and condo work where access and noise hours are agreed in advance. We have worked in all three situations and plan the job around them rather than discovering the rules on day one.

- No. The price is for the work, not the drive, anywhere in the areas listed here.
- Which neighborhoods do you work in most?
- The West Side — Covedale, Price Hill, Westwood, Cheviot and Green Township — simply because that is where we are based. But we work right across Cincinnati.
- Do you work on older homes?
- Regularly. Much of the West Side and East Side housing stock is pre-war, with plaster walls and original woodwork that need different handling from modern drywall.
- Do you do work for landlords and rentals?
- Yes, including turnarounds between tenants where the schedule matters as much as the finish.
